Here is the update I just got from Kevin...
We got a 6 year old boy in with encephalitis or something (its so hard to diagnose anything here). He had a siezure, high temp. He's doing a bit better now. We have 4 or 5 cholera patients. One boy seems to be getting better, he may go home tonight.
I've been more useful this day, working hard in the pharmacy and lab. I still have a lot to work on if I come back. Now I know the skills I need. Pastor Delamy is cool. I gave my spending money to him to help with some kid. I'm going to leave my clothes and sandals here too. No Haitian would ever fit into my pants (they are all way too thin) but i'll leave what I can.

I hope he keeps something to wear for the flight home! :) What an amazing experience. So over whelming, I know. That's how I felt when I came home from Haiti -- it took me a long time to adjust to the culture shock; more than anywhere I've ever been.
That is so awesome! wow what a blessing to read! Thanks Jill. It encourages me so much.
My Mandi is home... she keeps thinking of Africa. She left lots of her clothes with a dear Kenyan friend.
I cried... when I read how your husband gave his....
Hugs...
