Haiti Update
Kevin's flight from Miami to Haiti was canceled, so he's staying put for now. They have rescheduled a flight for Saturday night. Hopefully they will be able to get to Haiti. Kevin has a whole suitcase of vitamins he is taking over that are desperately needed in the clinic.
Jill, I found your blog through "Blogging from the Boonies" I was so touched with your love for sponsorship. Reading about your sponsored children touched me deep. We sponsor a child from Indonesia. We also sponsor a little girl (from another organization) from Uganda. We hope to sponsor more.
Our oldest daugther is in Kenya now staying at a Compassion host home and was able to visit the Compassion Project, spend time with Maurine ( a LDP student). God is amazing.
I look forward to getting to know you better. May God bless your husband... praying for him.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise him name. For the Lord is good and his love endures forever; his faithfulness continues through all generations.
Psalm 105:1-2
Give thanks to the Lord, call on his name; make known among the nations what he has done. Sing to him, sing praise to him; tell of all his wonderful acts.
About This Blog
I was inspired by my friend, Juli, to start this blog. It is simply an outlet for me to mindfully and intentionally give thanks to God for the many blessings He has bestowed on me.
