And now for my birthday present....
Today is the day we meet our children - the ones we sponsor and/or correspond with in Peru. We will be spending a fun-filled day at a Peruvian amusement park, making memories to last a lifetime. I'm probably going to be wishing I had a younger child so I could stay on the "tame" rides. I get dizzy easily and quickly, but I'll probably be willing to do anything today!
This is the day I will meet Alejandrina and David. I'm so excited and thankful for this opportunity to spend the better part of a day with them.
Please pray that this special day will be full of love, smiles, laughter and joy. Pray for the safety of all our sponsored children, as they travel from all over Peru to meet us today.
